Formal shipping commitments are only created through verified, signed transactional paperwork, such as specific Load Confirmations and Bills of Lading.

By utilizing dynamic components of this platform (such as inputting weight metrics, commodity classifications, origin-destination nodes, or carrier application files), you represent and warrant that all information submitted is structurally valid, precise, and completely truthful. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your routing desk's communication terminals and ensure any actions taken under your corporate email domains remain fully compliant with these terms.

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Commercial exploitation of the platform's layout or backend frameworks is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized actions include:
